I’m going to teach you how to rebrand your life.

Step 1: Pick a Character to Embody

The first thing you’re going to do is pick a character that you’re going to embody for the next month, the next week, the next year—whatever timeline you choose. It’s okay if it feels a little “delulu.” Give this character a name.

For example: “Pilates Princess” or “Health and Wellness Bae.” This isn’t about pretending to be someone you’re not—it’s about giving yourself permission to try on a version of yourself that you want to grow into.

Step 2: Find Your Role Models

Pick 3 to 5 people—either people you know personally or creators on social media—that you admire and want to embody. Study them. Watch how they carry themselves, what they post, how they spend their time. You’re not copying them—you’re learning from them.

Step 3: Script a Day in the Life

Write out what a day in the life of this character looks like. Be specific:

  • What time do they wake up?
  • What does their apartment look like?
  • What do they drink in the morning?
  • What time is their workout class?
  • What are they wearing?
  • What are they doing after?
  • Who are they spending time with?
  • What does the rest of their day look like?

The goal is to get clear on what this version of you actually does—not just what they have.

Step 4: Start Small with Free Actions

Now look back at that day and ask yourself: what are some things in that day that you can do right now, for free, starting tomorrow? Pick one or two small habits that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Step 5: Curate Your Environment

I recommend clearing out old photos and videos from social media and starting fresh. Also unfollow or remove people who don’t make you feel good—people who don’t represent this next stage of your life. Your goal is to consume media and content that makes you feel aligned with your new brand.

Step 6: Invest in the Details

If you’re embodying a “Pilates Princess,” start dressing the part. Set aside a separate budget to slowly build a wardrobe that matches that brand. Post health and wellness content. Share outfit-of-the-day posts. Recommend Pilates outfits. Make friends at Pilates studios—and connect with other people on social media who share those interests.

This is how you start. You don’t need to change everything overnight. You just need to start with one small step.
