If you’re feeling a lack of purpose, stuck, or just confused right now, this is for you.
Right now, things feel heavy. You might feel distraught, confused about your life plan and your future. There’s a lot of unknown, and you don’t like not knowing—it’s uncomfortable. It’s normal to feel this way.
The Train Stop of Life
I want you to think of life like a train ride. Right now, you’re on a train, and it’s not moving. You’re sitting there, looking out the window, asking yourself: “Where the hell am I going? I don’t know where I’m going.” But you have to sit there for a second, be confused, and go through this process.
Eventually, the train starts moving again. You’ll reach a destination, and you’ll look back and realize why you had to be on that train. You’ll understand why you had to be confused for a while, why you had to wait, and why you needed patience. Then, you’ll reach another point where you understand again. And then you’ll be confused again—and that’s okay. That’s the rhythm of life.

Normalize the Struggle
Everyone has bad days. Everyone has bad weeks. And it’s easy to get caught in the thought process of how you’re feeling right now, as if it’s permanent. But it’s not.
You’ve felt like this before. You’ve felt stuck, confused, and uncertain many times. And every single time, you’ve made it through. You reached a point where things made sense again, even if it was just for a little while.
Keep Moving Forward
The goal isn’t to avoid feeling stuck. The goal is to keep taking the baby steps, even when things don’t make sense. One day, they will. Things won’t make sense again, and then one day they will again. That’s the process.
Don’t let a negative week or a negative day affect the entire project of your life. Just because you feel lost right now doesn’t mean you’re off track. It just means you’re on the train, waiting for the next stop.
